    • Outside Europe: Please allow 7-14 working days for international deliveries.

RETURNS INFORMATION

    • All items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with their original packaging and tags intact.

    • Digital Downloads: These are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the file is proven to be faulty.

    • Personalized or Made-to-Order Items: These are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
