Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
UK & Europe: Allow 2-10 working days for your order to arrive.
Outside Europe: Please allow 7-14 working days for international deliveries.

RETURNS INFORMATION

All items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, with their original packaging and tags intact.
We offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability.

Exceptions
Digital Downloads: These are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the file is proven to be faulty.
Personalized or Made-to-Order Items: These are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
